From Best to Worst

In an effort to be fair and balanced, we have to point out Deadgirl's placement at the bottom of the list in this 2008 wrap-up, which puts it even below Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Since Deadgirl is the only independent film included, we think it's safe to say we hit a deep nerve with this kid. It's his opinion so we're happy to share it without needing to defend ourselves – but we will say that if he's really going to write "...two guys having their way with a female zombie in an abandoned insane asylum. That's the entire movie" we do wonder if he stuck around to see other 80 minutes. Either way, there it is: Worst of '08

I saw DeadGirl at the BUFF festival a couple months back... and I'm not sure how someone would be unable to empathize with the main gent. I'll appreciate this other blog's opinion, and not that you needed me pat you on the back, but I think he is far off base by placing you in the same category as Indiana Jones and Hancock. Now I won't go as far as to say that your film beat out 'Treevenge' in my "best of BUFF" list (let's face it, Treevenge was AMAZING), but DeadGirl is certainly number 2 in my favorite films of that evening!
